Another South St. Louis Schnucks received a remodel in the spring of
2006. The Arsenal store said goodbye to the traditional prepared foods
department and implemented a new concept called "A Taste of Italy."
The new full-service food area includes a large variety of Italian
foods and recipe ingredients. This fits perfectly since the Arsenal
store created the Schnucks King of the Hill Italian sandwich which is
now sold in all Schnucks stores. The King of the Hill features a
flavorful combination of Italian bread, meats and cheeses.
